BOUQUET
Rich aromas of juicy dark fruit, blackcurrant, blackberries, with an attractive vanillin oak profile.

PALATE
This Shiraz displays rich fruit flavors of blackcurrant, cherry and cassis berry complimented by a luscious silky smooth texture with undertones of violets and dark plums.This superbly structured wine is bold, with a robust􀀃acid/tannin backbone, yet is still supple and smooth with a lingering velvet finish. It has spent 18 months in oak and will drink well on release, but will reward the collector with
a minimum of 6 months cellaring.
